Thanks to the West Prince Graphic for welcoming West Prince Curling Club

to their great paper. We will try and keep you up to date on happenings in

our club this curling season.

Our stick curlers started curling on Tuesday morning, November 5 with all 4

sheets having activity.

This is a robust league, but there is always room for more to join.

The evenings were busy the week of November 4 as curlers dusted off

their brooms and came out to try out the ice before regular league curling

starts. New this year is that on Tuesday evening we have a competitive

league. You can bring your own team of four or ask to join a team. Teams

will stay the same for the entire season.

Regular curling will take place on Monday and Thursday evening starting at

7:00 p.m. Stick curling is on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m.

and 1:00 p.m. We also have stick curling on Wednesday evenings at 7:00

p.m. Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. we also offer regular curling. Lots

of ice time for everyone.

We are also planning lots of social activities this season. For the most up

to date information please like our Facebook page. Please then share with

your friends. We are almost ready to launch our Website. Stay tuned for

further information.

Upcoming events include:

Friday – November 15 from 7 until 9 a social curling evening. Members

pay $10 and the cost nonmembers is $ 15. Come out for curling, snacks

and a good time.

Our annual Kevin Gallant Memorial Bonspiel takes place on Friday,

November 22 and 23. Please register by November 20. Your hot meal is

included in the cost of registration.
